Join us Sunday, April 26th 7:45am for a Hot Pilates class with Sophia Overstreet—this time with a purpose! Sophia is passionate about helping animals and is dedicating this class to raising awareness for adoption and foster opportunities.
We’ve collaborated with the Patty Baker Humane Society, and there will be puppies and senior dogs on-site looking for loving homes. It’s a great chance to meet your future furry family member or help support their needs until they find their forever home💛
Sign up for class as usual, and we kindly encourage a minimum $10 donation (cash, check, Venmo, or Apple Pay accepted). Feel free to bring your kids after class (8:30am) to enjoy the experience, too!
