Cheating disrupts your safety in a relationship and hits the core of who you are disrupting trust and safety in the relationship. To begin digging out of the wreckage boundaries are limits you set for your wellbeing and security. Cheating takes your choice away. You are not powerless you have choice in your physical, emotional, spiritual and financial decisions. Boundaries help you trust and care for yourself. They are not punishment, revenge or walls. Boundaries are the calm in the storm that help set a path to discern if you will stay together and restore your relationship.
