We had so much fun celebrating while working on important OT and speech skills! ✨
☘️ Our leprechaun chain was an articulation activity targeting the “sh” sound—perfect for speech practice in a fun, hands-on way!
🎨 The St. Patrick’s Day I-Spy game helped with visual scanning and language development.
📚 “How to Catch a Leprechaun” inspired storytelling and comprehension activities.

At 𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐂, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. It's about the entire atmosphere we create! A place where 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 come together in moments of connection.

While 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 is usually with the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦, other barn residents sometimes lend a helping paw. 🐾

This past week, 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐨 cozied up for a front-row seat to speech therapy, soaking in every word as a participant practiced using the "𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝." 🚂 His gentle presence added an extra layer of 𝐬𝐮-𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐫-𝐭, helping build confidence and creating a heartwarming moment of progress.

At 𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐂, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬—through movement, connection, and sometimes, a well-placed purr. 💕🐱
