This is what true exclusive dining looks like. Italy came to life at Moorings Park’s Trio Restaurant as residents gathered for an unforgettable Wine Dinner celebrating the flavors, stories, and traditions of the Old World. 🇮🇹 Guests began with truffle crostini paired with the crisp Ceretto Arneis “Blangé” Langhe, then savored spaghetti with clams alongside the elegant Famiglia Cotarella Roscetto “Ferentano” Lazio Bianco.

The evening’s centerpiece, braised veal shanks, found their perfect match in the bold Ceretto's Barolo, followed by an artisanal selection of Italian cheeses paired with Famiglia Cotarella's Merlot “Sodale” Lazio. To finish, zabaglione with fresh berries and I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano's Moscato D’Asti offered a sweet finale to the journey. 🍷🍇
