To honor the longest day of the year and the return of light ☀️✨, join us tomorrow, Friday at 6:30 PM for a traditional practice of 108 Sun Salutations.
We’ll move steadily with the breath 🌿, breaking the practice into four rounds of 27 to create a meditative, rhythmic flow. This intentional structure allows you to clear both mental and physical stagnation, release tension, and reconnect with your body 🧘🏼♀️
Each round offers an opportunity to set a dedication—whether for yourself, the people in your life, or the world around you 🤍, before closing the practice with gratitude 🙏🏼✨
