Meet Sandy Schulz 🤍

We’re so excited to welcome Sandy to the Barre Fusion family for the season! She’s joining us from Nantucket, MA, where she’s owned and operated a health club since 1999.

A few facts about Sandy:
🤍 20+ years of Pilates teaching experience
🤍 Health club owner in Nantucket since 1999
🤍 Teaches reformer, mat, chair & tower Pilates
🤍 Works with all ages and fitness levels
🤍 Strong focus on injury rehabilitation
🤍 Advanced training in neurological conditions
🤍 Nationally Pilates certified (NPCP)

A quick reminder to book your classes ahead of time as we are in high season, some classes are already filling up. If a class is full, be sure to join the waitlist. Last-minute changes happen and we usually get a few of you in! Please remember our cancellation window is 12 hours prior to your scheduled class.

Our girl .ferrara will be back in early February, so keep an eye on the schedule! 🤍

We’re also excited to welcome a new instructor, Sandy. She will be teaching reformer Wednesdays at 11:35 and mat on Saturdays at 10:35.

Our 9:30am mat Pilates is officially full, so we added a 10:30am Mat Pilates + Barre class this Saturday with Brooke ✨

Expect a strong, sculpting flow focused on core, glutes, arms, posture, and deep muscle activation using bodyweight + light weights.

Led by Reiki Master and Sound .justine1111, this one-hour session is designed to help you relax, reset, and rebalance. Crystal sound bowls tuned to the chakras will guide you into deep calm while Reiki energy supports energetic cleansing and alignment.

All you need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and receive. Yoga mats are provided, and you’re welcome to bring a pillow or blanket for extra comfort 🤍
