About Skylight Yoga & Fitness

As her 30+ year career in finance, accounting, and management progressed, Pinky knew her calling lay elsewhere. She was always a strong advocate for health and fitness. She was always active as kid, whether it was bike riding, tennis, or ballet. As a young adult, she was a ‘gym rat’, taking strength training and cardio classes several times a week. To cope with stresses of career and life in general, she developed a strong interest in yoga and mind-body practices. Her fervor for health and well-being inspired her to flip the script, with the student now becoming the teacher. She became certified in several various modalities and spread her passion through teaching. The next evolution of this journey lies here - with Skylight Yoga & Fitness, a boutique studio located in Naples, Florida. Its mission is to promote a healthy body and peaceful mind via movement, reflection, and community.
