Before I ever deliver an upper cervical adjustment, I warm up on the speeder board. It ensures I’m ready to make the proper correction for someone when it is needed.

The speeder board helps refine speed, timing, and control. Every rep trains precision, not power. The goal is to make each adjustment as specific and gentle as possible, so the body can respond without resistance.

Upper cervical care is all about accuracy. And accuracy comes from repetition, intention, and respect for the process.

Clearing your space helps clear your system.

Symptoms aren’t the problem, they’re the signal.

Every function in your body is controlled by your nervous system. Heart rate, digestion, hormone balance, sleep, focus, energy, it all starts with clear communication between your brain and body.

When that communication is interfered with, the body adapts as best it can. But over time, that stress shows up as symptoms like headaches, fatigue, dizziness, pain, anxiety, or brain fog.

We were born to walk…but most of us have forgotten how powerful that really is!

Walking isn’t just a form of movement. It’s a full-body neurological exercise that engages balance, coordination, and rhythm in a way few other activities can.

Every step you take stimulates the proprioceptive system, the network of receptors in your muscles and joints that tell your brain where your body is in space. That feedback travels through the spinal cord and into the cerebellum and brainstem, areas responsible for posture, coordination, and autonomic function.

Consistent walking improves circulation, lymphatic flow, and vagal tone, all of which support better nervous system regulation. It helps your body shift from fight-or-flight into a state of rest, repair, and adaptability.

And if you do it outside, even better.
Sunlight exposure boosts serotonin, vitamin D, and circadian rhythm regulation, helping improve mood, sleep quality, and energy levels. A simple walk in the sun is one of the most natural ways to reset both body and mind.

From a structural standpoint, walking promotes symmetrical muscle activation and spinal motion, which helps prevent stiffness and improves the natural curves of the spine that protect your nervous system.

You weren’t born to sit all day, you were born to walk.

Not everyone can kneel to get adjusted and that’s okay.

The table we use is designed to help us deliver a precise, gentle upper cervical correction. But if someone can’t comfortably kneel, that doesn’t mean they can’t receive care.

We simply elevate the table and have them bend forward while standing. This allows the same level of accuracy and specificity without compromising comfort or safety.

Every adjustment we deliver is tailored to the person in front of us. Because the goal is always the same: to restore proper alignment at the top of the spine and allow the nervous system to function the way it was designed to.

It’s mind-boggling how many people live with migraines and headaches like it’s just normal.
