Ok, so you find yourself on the other side of an argument that has left you feeling confused, hurt, angry, and very much alone.

All you want is to feel better.

You want to feel understood, loved, and connected again.

But you said so many things that, in hindsight you regret, yet, they felt SO justified and accurate at the time.

You hesitate to make a move toward your partner...

An hour, a day, or a week later, you catch a glimpse of your partner's vulnerability.

Maybe they have a bo**er in their nose.

Maybe you mistakenly walk in on them sitting on the toilet.

Maybe they pass gas while napping on the sofa.

It's so obvious!

You remember, they are a Human, also just doing the best they can to deal with their own discomfort...

Like you, they too, can forget that they are also a Being connected to a higher consciousness, a True Self, an awareness that they can choose, at any moment, to turn toward connection and love.

This is your chance to change the trajectory you are on.

Breathe (deep belly breath in; extended exhale through the mouth);
Ground and center yourself with kindness;
Remember your goal is connection;
Look for your partner's heart (you know where it is);
Invite them to see yours, with compassion.

I promise you, the energy of conflict will dissolve as you bring yourselves into the resonance of connection once again.

Clarity will come, and then, you will have availability to the inner resources you need to sort through anything that may still need to be addressed.*
