Salt Cave Sessions begin again Sunday January 26th and every 4th Sunday through April. Join me for a beautiful, family yoga class great for ages 4 and up. Class is 45 min and then you have 15 min in the kids cave for the kids to play and breathe in more of the wonderful salts that you are immersed in.

Under the soft glow of candlelight, we gathered as a community to share an evening filled with warmth, connection, and intention. The flickering flames set the stage for an atmosphere that felt like stepping into another realm—a space where energy flowed freely, hearts opened, and healing began.

Our sound healing session brought a sense of calm and harmony, with the vibrations of the bowls weaving through the air like a soothing melody for the soul. As the candlelight danced around us, we shared in the power of being present, holding space for one another, and embracing the beauty of coming together.

🌟 This is the kind of magic we want to create more often. 🌟
