The picture on the left I was in Yoga School under one of the most knowledgeable, insightful and best yoga teachers world wide. The picture on the right is me now, a human body that has known much physical pain, emotional heartbreak and a spirit that through it all, knows we are all sentient beings walking each other through life. So much has changed over the years, but has also remained the same. I’m excited to share that I will be teaching a few classes during the month of February at the Naples Public library. You must pre-register. The classes wil be chair yoga. No experience necessary, but a strong desire to know yourself. All ages, no matter where you are in life…you are welcome to yoga classes. No cost.
