As a former Behavior Analyst working with youth of all ages, I have years of experience mentoring and coaching youth in all areas of life. My experience, combined with my degree in Psychology/Child Development along with my Certification in Life/Mindset Coaching has provided me with the tools to help your child develop the right skills and mindset to attack any situation life throws at them.
As a Mom of 3 myself, I have the ability to connect with youth and parents to promote healthy development.

Developing routines for exercise and healthy nutrition habits are key! Over the past several years I’ve made small changes over time that have compounded to create big changes in my health, fitness, and overall wellness. I’ve developed systems that work and that stick long-term!

These systems start with finding out what you want and why, modifying and forming new small habits, and further honing in on your beliefs in yourself and who you are!

Some of the biggest goals I’ve achieved have come when I’ve written ”I am” statements as if I’ve already achieved the goal or letters to my future self reflecting back on the journey. I love looking back at these and reflecting on the highs, lows, blood, sweat, tears, strength, and effort I put in to making things happen!

When I’m really focused on manifesting a goal I repeat these “I am” statements to myself multiple times per day and imagine what it would feel like when I reach that goal. I try to really imagine it vividly and create a mental image of it. This gives it even more purpose which propels me into overdrive!

To some, this may sound strange…tbh, when I first learned about manifesting I thought “what a quack…you can’t imagine something into reality…” But, I was wrong! What manifesting does is make you think, feel, and act like the person that has reached that goal. It makes that goal even more powerful so you want it even more, which drives you into ACTION!!!

This year I’ve got some big goals and I’m really focusing on manifesting them!

Did you wait until New Years Day to start working toward a new goal? Do you wait until "next Monday" to start working toward a goal? Do you wait until the 1st of the month or next quarter....? Or do you wait until the stars align and it's the "right time"?

You get where I'm going here...STOP letting time and life pass you by. If you want to be healthier...start making small nutrition or movement changes TODAY. I was at my highest weight after having my first son…I had gained a lot of weight during that pregnancy (55+ lbs)!! At my highest (non pregnancy) weight I was 185lbs. I felt tired, unmotivated, bloated 24-7, uncomfortable in my own skin. Throughout the years of having kids I would fluctuate a lot with my weight, not really having a great plan that included the lifestyle habits I needed to build for long-term success.

After having my last lil man (over a year after) I was around 165lbs… I decided this was it, I was not going to keep starting and stopping, I wasn’t going to go on some sort of deprivation diet that I already knew would get me the results I soooooo desired quickly, but knew they wouldn’t be sustainable.

This time was different, this time I made a sustainable lifestyle plan that would evolve with me. It started with small changes, but those small changes compounded into big results that I have sustained for OVER 5 years now!

Those results - 35-40lbs less, 10 (yes 10) inches off my waist, total body recomposition with fat loss and muscle gained, energy, motivation, positive body outlook, my health, I feel younger than I did 10 years ago…and SO MUCH MORE!

The truth is, and I had to find this out the hard way…there is no quick fix. You have to do the work, you have to be patient, you have to make the small changes and stick with them, you have to be willing to change your lifestyle for the long term! If not, you will be in the same pattern I was of starting and stopping, losing and gaining…

Do it for yourself, do it for your kids, do it for your family, do it for a long life…whatever your reason, just do it! 💪🏼

This one is for ME and YOU! For as long as I can remember I have allowed others to steal my peace. I'm a people pleaser, I hate rejection, I loathe confrontation....

This year for me is all about being in control of myself, my reactions, my emotions, my feelings, my power and my PEACE!

I'm learning to LET others act and react however they will and not let it steal my peace. This is probably the most difficult struggle for me. It's that childhood feeling of wanting to be loved, wanting to be liked, wanting to belong....

These feelings do not serve me in a positive and peaceful way, so I'm taking my power back and keeping my peace!

Let's be real...we ALL have times when we feel UNSTOPPABLE and motivation to achieve is running through our veins. We end our days feeling accomplished, like we are moving closer to our goals, and think "I've got this!". BUT THEN....motivation runs low, we feel like we are floating through the day, feel like we can't do it, we hit a wall and feel like "what's the point?" or "this is too hard"...

That's the crossroads right there, in that moment...we either stay on track or we start to fall off...

So, how do we stay on track in those moments? We need habits, systems, anchors, and accountability measures in place to get through and stay on the road toward our goals instead of taking a U-turn and heading in the opposite direction.

Do you have systems in place to stay on track or do you find yourself letting the peaks and valleys take over your life to where you just keep starting and stopping on repeat?

2024 is comin’ in HOT and I’m prepping for it to be the BEST YEAR YET!!!

Busy day working on my goals, continuing to better myself on my coaching techniques and program, and listening to some of the top life and performance coaches in the world!

When I started heavily listening to self-improvement and growth podcasts I thought that was the missing piece, the key to success! But, I soon realized there was something missing still in the puzzle. I was taking the passive action, listening to the pros teach and talk about growth, success, habits, self/improvement…but I wasn’t actively taking action and holding myself accountable to these actions. I wasn’t doing the deep, hard work needed to see the growth and transformation I wanted so badly! It was then that I realized I needed a system for accountability and success!

I’m so excited to be trained in this awesome system to be able to help others grow and transform into who they really want to be and achieve all they want to achieve! The best part….I’ve learned how to sustain growth and change long-term and not fall back into old habits and routines!

Sometimes the struggle is REAL! We all get caught up in the daily setbacks, the daily chaos. The goal seems so far away....

Sometimes the struggle is REAL! We all get caught up in the daily setbacks, the daily chaos. The goal seems so far away....then the negative thoughts start to flood in...
"I'll never be good enough"
"I'm not smart enough"
"I'm not fit enough"
"I'm so far behind THEM"

Stop comparing yourself to THEM! Everyone's journey is different, everyone is at a different stage in their journey. Appreciate the journey, appreciate the beginning stages, appreciate the struggles day in/day out.

When those negative thoughts start to pop in, I go back to my WHY!

Something that has REALLY helped me push those negative thoughts away is having my WHY's clearly written out so I can read (and re-read) them whenever needed (but at least every morning!). I also like to keep some bullet points of where I've been and what progress I've made. This helps remind me how far I've come and that the process may be long, but the journey through it is worth it!
