I had the blessing of being submerged in a 4 day healing Qi Gong workshop. It was amazing! Yoga is my first love but this took a close second! Very spiritual and the athletic Qi Gong was very challenging. Love it!

"Yoga in Nature", Join me for Outdoor Yoga at A Journey to Wellness every Tuesday, 9:00am-10:00am, 200 N. Hammes in Joliet (on the north-east corner of Hammes and Oneida). There is plenty of shade but wear healthy sun-screen, bring a mat, towel and water. All levels welcome. A $10.00 donation is requested- but give what you can! By getting out of the studio and into nature, you can experience yoga as it was originally intended. Being outdoors helps you to recognize a whole other world of sensations. It helps you feel part of a boundless existence, at one with the Universe. Meet and park in the Oneida parking lot. Please call Laurie for more information! The first class will be Tuesday, June 5th! It's awesome to hear from all of you! I have a ton of things in the works now that little Gianni will be 3 next month! It's time to get back to healing in a serious manor again.....I have been working from home but I've been limited. I'm looking forward to many new ventures this year!!
