The acute care hospitals have earned the “Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award for stroke treatment. Both Pine Ridge and Collier Blvd hospitals hold fully accredited Chest Pain Centers from the American College of Cardiology. The Pine Ridge hospital is a designated Comprehensive Stroke Center, and the Collier Blvd. The Collier Blvd. hospital is the area’s only MBSAQIP accredited Bariatric Surgery Center. Physicians Regional-Collier Boulevard is an accredited Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence, and offers Comprehensive Breast Health Services; the facility features a sleep-disorder center, and hospice rooms.
