Time to Thrive Children's Therapy Time to Thrive Children's Therapy is a pediatric occupational therapy practice in Naples, Florida.

Time to Thrive, formally OT with Jess, is dedicated to helping children build relationships, maximize skills, and close developmental gaps that arise from developmental challenges. Therapy sessions are client centered where the child’s autonomy is respected and children are engaged in meaningful activities to promote communication, social, emotional, cognitive and physical development based on the

ir individual and family needs. We believe that respect, compassion and patience is what children need to build skills. Children develop physical, emotional/social, communication and cognitive skills by exploring their environment through play as they imitate, interpret, and project their understanding of their environment. Therapy sessions are playful, socially interactive and physically demanding. We strive to create a safe environment where children feel encouraged to build on their skills and grow into their potential. Time to Thrive Children's Therapy works closely with caregivers to provide support and resources. Caregivers are also provided with strategies on how to respond to respond to difficult behaviors and how to reinforce skills in the home.

We’re excited to share that we are transitioning to a **mobile, community-based model of care**!

Starting in May, we’ll be bringing our services directly to families—meeting children in their natural environments like home, school, and community settings. This allows us to create more meaningful, functional, and personalized therapy experiences that truly fit into your child’s everyday life.

While we’ll be saying goodbye to our clinic space, this new chapter allows us to better support our families where it matters most.
