Athletic people with perfect bodies are convincing. When you see them do a workout, you think: I want to look like that. So, you do their workout. You then disregard the trainers and coaches who have spent years building the perfect training systems based on biomechanics and physiology.ย โฃ

I would like to see more of these influencers, with their crazy athleticism and looks, appreciate the science behind the thing that they love: fitness!ย โฃ

I was having this internal battle with myself during a training session. When I had plenty of gas, I would just stop. It was a mental block. A few sets later I decided to attack the weight and push through that mental weakness. It turns out, that is when the burn began.โฃ

That is when I knew I was getting better.โฃ

This drill hammers home the backwards crossover. Especially for defenders, the backwards crossover is key to keeping up with the opposition. Give this a shot and let me know how it goes!โฃ
