Salt Cave Sessions begin again Sunday January 26th and every 4th Sunday through April. Join me for a beautiful, family yoga class great for ages 4 and up. Class is 45 min and then you have 15 min in the kids cave for the kids to play and breathe in more of the wonderful salts that you are immersed in.
