The Clinic is always looking for new and potential patients that could benefit from our scope of services. Our patients are a community of low-income, working but uninsured Collier County adults that suffer from chronic illnesses that usually have no other place to go.

A heartfelt thank you to NCH Healthcare System for donating a stretcher for our cardiology suite and assisting us in establishing stress test and echo services for our patients. Clinic staff had the opportunity to tour their facility to better understand how to set up these services, and we’re so appreciative of their generosity and collaboration.

An extra special thank you to Christopher Raphael of NCH for all his hard work in making this happen!
