It was truly an honor to kick off our 10th Anniversary Celebration – A Decade of Distinction with our Elected Officials and Civic Leaders Brunch!

We were truly honored to welcome these outstanding leaders as part of our continued commitment to community engagement. Through the leadership of our Executive Director, Christy Skinner and Director of Business Development, Barbara Ann Heegan, and the entire leadership team present this gathering reflected a purposeful effort to unite civic leaders, partners, and friends in celebrating service, collaboration, and shared impact.

We are sincerely grateful to the elected officials who joined us, including Collier County Commissioner Rick LoCastro, U.S. Senator Rick Scott, Senior District Director Erin Dever, and City of Marco Island Council member, Deb Henry.

A special thank you to Erin Donaldson, LCS Community Operations VP/Director of Operations Management, for presenting a commemorative plaque to our Executive Director, Christy Skinner, along with our residents and Resident Council, recognizing 10 years of excellence in service and care to the residents, employees, and families we proudly serve.

As part of The Arlington’s 10-Year Anniversary Week, we began our celebration on Sunday, February 22, 2026, with a meaningful non-denominational service for our residents.

The service was led by our Chaplain, Benjamin Works, and centered on the theme: “Remember. Build. Trust.” The message encouraged reflection on our shared journey, continued growth as a community, and confidence in the future.

Chaplain Works was joined by his family, Christy Skinner, Executive Director, and Dr. Gail Cacciola, one of our founders whose vision and dedication have helped shape the spirit of our weekly services.

We are grateful for the leadership and inspiration that continue to strengthen The Arlington community as we mark this important milestone.
