A proud Naples native, Dr. Anika Fernandez brings a deep commitment to her
community and a passion for delivering personalized, evidence-based care. She began
her academic journey at Florida State University, earned her medical degree from the
American University of the Caribbean, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at
the University of Miami.

Throughout her medical training, Dr. Fernandez distinguished herself through research
excellence, earning multiple awards for her academic contributions, published work, and
oral presentations. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and recognized for her
patient-centered approach that blends clinical expertise with compassion and attentive
listening.

Dr. Fernandez emphasizes preventive care and wellness, working collaboratively with
her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term health and
vitality. She believes in empowering her patients through education and open dialogue,
helping them become active participants in their care.

Now proudly serving the community at Hobdari Family Health, Dr. Fernandez welcomes
new patients and looks forward to providing exceptional primary care in a warm,
supportive, and family-oriented setting.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Fernandez cherishes time with her two daughters, volunteers with
local youth sports organizations, and mentors aspiring physicians as they prepare for
residency training.
