URGENT ACTION NEEDED!
⚠️NO to PESTICIDE IMMUNITY⚠️
The 1986 Act gave vaccine manufacturers total immunity from liability! Now the chemical industry wants the Federal Government to give them liability protections to!! 🛑

Section 453 of the Federal House Interior Appropriations bill has Total Pesticide Immunity language included in it. It prohibits EPA from approving a label or taking action inconsistent with a human health assessment or carcinogenicity classification previously approved by the EPA—freezing the EPA's position on a pesticide in place for decades, and eliminating the ability to hold the company accountable.

Expect a subcommittee vote on it TODAY at 10:00am EST. The markup will be live-streamed and can be found on the Committee’s website. CALL members of the subcommittee below and SAY:

“Don’t protect the chemical industry like you did the vaccine industry! Put PEOPLE BEFORE pesticide PROFITS and REMOVE the pesticide immunity language in SECTION 453 of the Federal House Interior Appropriations bill!”
