SUNSET BEACH YOGA starting tomorrow night- Seagate Beach at 7pm (every Thursday evening at 7pm, but always check here to make sure it has not been canceled) There is parking at the end of Seagate Dr and at the end of Gulf Shore Blvd. North. Hope to see you there. 😊

Sorry to say that I had to cancel my sunset yoga class for now. I wasn’t having much participation. It might be just a busy time of year plus with the time changing for sunset, it was pretty early. I will post information if I start again in January. If you have a group and want to do a class, contact me. Have a wonderful Holiday Season!!

This was our sunset last week. Yoga tonight at 7pm at Seagate Beach. You will leave with more peace and less stress! (Plenty of other benefits too 😊)
