Train the talk in your head: positive self-talk delivers measurable performance gains. ☑️

Try this today:
1. Short, clear cue: “I never get tired.” “I’m outstanding.” “I’m strong.” You choose — believe it.
2. One small action: 5 more minutes, 1 more set, or finish the email.

This sparked my passion to dive deeper and earn a certification as a fertility specialist through the functional medicine approach. This also pushed me to dive deeper into the entire female and male hormone balance starting with the gut. 🙌🏼

Maybe it’s exercise. Maybe it’s avoiding gluten. Maybe it’s reducing sugar. Maybe it’s eating enough protein. Maybe it’s getting up from your desk. Maybe it’s getting enough sleep 🙋🏼‍♀️ Maybe it’s “you” time. Maybe it’s getting to therapy.

There are so many hard things that make us stronger, tougher, healthier, and improve our longevity.

🌟 Never Ever Ever Give Up

Seriously, though. Do you EVER stop to recognize your own progression? Do you look back at journals you wrote years ago? Do you look back at goals and standards you set years ago that you’re light years past? Do you look at progress photos? Do you review your terrible symptoms from months ago compared to minimal now? 🙌🏼

The outside looking in is always an easier place to see progress. Those of us who are perfectionists struggle to see progress photos. BUT — we need to STOP and SEE IT! 👏🏼

You are amazing.
