Last week, we were proud to send our Administrative Team to the ASCENT 2025 Conference in Kansas City!
ASCENT brings ENT leaders together from across the country to share knowledge, strengthen leadership, and bring back fresh ideas to support our patients and practice.
Our team returned inspired, energized, and ready to put what they learned into action as we continue advancing the care we provide here at Florida Gulf Coast ENT & Allergy.
🎶 The ASCENT Annual Educational Conference is in full swing in Kansas City—and we’re hitting all the right notes!
Over the past two days, attendees found their rhythm in sessions on coding and revenue cycle management, gained practical insights to take back to their practices, and heard inspiring updates from our leadership. Highlights included:

We also celebrated and bid a heartfelt farewell to Robin Wagner, our dedicated Executive Director, who will retire at the end of this year. Robin’s vision and leadership have left a lasting legacy for ASCENT. 💙
The groove kept going at the Voo Lounge with a lively networking event hosted by Audigy and Promptly Patient Experience Suite—where connections and conversations flowed late into the night.
