Speed, strength, power, skill — those are trained, not hoped for.

Five wheels on a trap bar is earned.
And it’s not earned by playing endlessly at the cost of valuable training periods.

It’s also no surprise this guy is a professional.

The best athletes don’t just compete more…

Recruiting isn’t about spending more.
It’s about spending better.

Put time and money where development happens.

Offseason work doesn’t magically stick around once the season starts.

Speed fades in days.
Power fades in weeks.
Strength fades in a month.

That’s called training residuals—and it’s why in-season training matters.

Practices and games sharpen skill, but they don’t maintain strength, speed, or durability on their own.

At 2x/week in-season, we’re not chasing PRs—we’re:
✔ Maintaining speed and power
✔ Preserving strength built in the offseason
✔ Protecting joints and arms
✔ Keeping athletes feeling fast, strong, and confident late in the season

Stop training and you don’t stay the same—you move backward.

Meet Cohen & Zeke 💪
Two studs holding it down in our Home School Group!

These boys have been showing up daily — using real athlete training as their form of Physical Education. Way more productive (and way more fun) than mat ball ⚾️

Each session we go thru:
✅ Targeted mobility & activation work
✅ Dynamic warm-up
✅ Speed & power training
✅ Intro to the weight room for Zeke (Elementary School)— full performance lift for Cohen (Mature 8th Grader)

The offseason isn’t downtime — it’s build time.
This is where you rebuild your body, repair tissue, refine movement, and add the strength, speed, and skill that carry you through next season. Too many players fall into the same cycle — tournament after tournament, showcase after showcase — chasing exposure instead of development.

The best players don’t just play more, they train smarter. They use this time to get stronger, move better, and show up next season as a completely different athlete.

No amount of exposure matters if you don’t have the tools to play at the next level.
Do your research. Have a plan. Put in the work.
