The ultimate luxury these days? Being unreachable.

My phone broke while I was on vacation, and I ended up going a week without it. At first, it felt inconvenient… but then, it felt kind of amazing.

It made me realize how much of our attention is pulled into things that aren’t even happening around us. We weren’t made to be this overstimulated or constantly available.

I’ve always been sensitive to “noise,” but stepping back showed me just how high my everyday frequency had been set. It reminded me of the Pressure-Performance Curve—a theory that shows how a certain amount of pressure can boost performance, but too much leads to stress, burnout, and a drop in effectiveness. That’s exactly where I was… unknowingly living in the red zone.

Before the trip, I told myself I wanted to unplug and be more present, and I guess the universe took that seriously 😅

When I finally got a new phone, I found myself wondering if I even wanted to return to social media. Not because I don’t enjoy it, but because I want to be more intentional with where my energy goes, and how I connect.

Lately, I’ve been craving slower, more meaningful spaces. Places where presence matters more than performance.

As I continue to shift how I show up, I’m deeply committed to our .app community, a space that feels supportive, intentional, and centered around motherhood wellness. That’s where you can connect with me more deeply, if and when it feels right.

That little pause gave me a big reminder: it’s okay to step back. To not be constantly reachable. To connect more quietly, more purposefully.

Let’s Talk About Healthy Hips, Especially for Women! 🧘‍♀️

Our hips are the powerhouse of movement. From monthly cycles to pregnancy and simply modern life (hello, sitting!), they carry a lot, and constantly adapt.

A woman’s center of gravity is naturally lower, around the hips and pelvis. This affects posture, balance, and movement and shifts even more during pregnancy, postpartum, and aging.

When our hips aren’t supported, it can lead to lower back pain, instability, pelvic floor issues, and tightness throughout the body.

Healthy hips = strong core, better balance, and less pain.

Here are 7 science-backed stretches that promote mobility, flexibility, and strength:
• Pigeon Pose – Opens the hips + reduces sciatic tension.
• 90/90 Stretch – Improves internal/external rotation.
• Hip Flexor Stretch – Lengthens the psoas and improves posture.
• Figure Four – Relieves piriformis tightness and eases sciatic pressure.
• Butterfly Stretch – Gently opens inner hips + groin.
• Kneeling Hamstring Stretch – Increases posterior flexibility + protects low back.
• Lizard Pose – Deep hip opener, great for tension release + birth prep.

Are you just going through the motions, or are you intentionally living?

There’s a difference between existing and truly experiencing life.

The renowned Harvard Study of Adult Development, one of the longest-running studies on happiness and well-being, has followed participants for over 80 years. Its findings are clear: people who cultivate strong relationships, prioritize purpose, and live with intention are not only happier, but they also live longer, healthier lives. In other words, fulfillment doesn’t come from wealth or status-it comes from how you live and what you value.

When we slow down and choose how we move through our days, we begin to feel more connected: to ourselves, to others, and to the moments that matter most.

This is why I believe in living mindfully, rooted in presence, wellness, growth, and grace.

Not perfect, just present.

Because when you live with intention, you don’t just get through life.

You live it, fully, mindfully, and meaningfully. ~ with sprinkles of gratitude ✨
