Happy Social Work Month! This year's theme honors the prime mission of the Social Work profession - to enhance human well-being, meet the basic human needs of all people, and put special attention on the needs and empowerment of people who are vulnerable and oppressed. Social workers are the heart of our communities. They step up to meet basic needs, advocate for the vulnerable, and help people overcome life’s toughest challenges. To the social workers in our lives: thank you for your tireless commitment to making the world a better, more equitable place. 💙
