Last night I was talking to Andrew about my running times over the last couple weeks. He said he needed to run before Varsity Soccer conditioning starts today, and challenged me to go for a run. I accepted.
I set my target for 1.5 miles and we took off. After the first quarter mile I knew he was coasting, I was NOT. 🤣 He let me hang with him until the halfway mark, then took off on his normal "Frosty Boy" for soccer.
He got 2 miles in at around 9:00 pace, I finished out 1.5 at just shy of 10:00 pace. He said his legs were jello since he hadn't run much at all since Valentis ended last month.
When we got back home I topped off the night with Kombucha, 3 eggs and Spicy V8. Same thing for breakfast this morning, along with Bulletproof Coffee.
