Starting the next billing cycle we will start charging a fee for declined transactions and outstanding balances.
We have multiple accounts declining every month and we are charged card processing fees plus a transaction fee through the gym program that stores your data. We send out emails to let you know if your billing is expiring and contact you within 5 days of your billing attempting to run if your transaction was declined.
Please, Please, Please, log in to your online account and verify and update your billing information. We do not want to and have waited over a year to put this into place, however we are having the same issues month after month.
