When you are creating your account you will be asked "Do you want to match your pharmacy profile? Please select "NO", if you try to use this function you will receive a message that states you have selected a non-participating pharmacy.

This is a brand new app with a brand new vendor, unfortunately they cannot share information. This function is there for future use, perhaps if you move or begin utilizing the Nephew Pharmacy in Goshen or Elkhart!

To request refills you tap on the 3 lines in the upper right, tap Refill Rx, select pharmacy, add medication and fill in the info the best you can. After doing this the first time each refill thereafter will be much easier!
