Still smiling after today’s FLYoga session with TeamUp Philly! 💛

We laughed, flipped, stretched, and grew—and the joy on their faces said it all. At the end of class, the girls left notes on the wall sharing what they felt, learned, and loved most. (Swipe to see a few of them)

You’ve been asking… and I’m so excited to finally open enrollment for our 𝗙𝗟𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸!

This is more than a camp — it’s a week where your child can FLY (literally!) 🦋, grow stronger inside and out, and feel what it’s like to truly believe in themselves.

Ages 6+ | August 11–15 | 9:00–11:00 AM
We’re keeping it super small — only 8 kids — to give each child the attention, encouragement, and fun they deserve.

What’s included:

— Wisdom coaching to build confidence, focus & resilience
— A joyful, supportive space to play, connect, and grow
