If you’re feeling stuck, wiggly, worry-full, or just “too much,” try this with your kiddo (or yourself):

🌬️ The Pause Button Breath

1. Put one hand on your belly, one on your heart.

2. Inhale like you’re smelling a sweet flower…

3. Exhale like you’re cooling a bowl of soup.

4. Repeat 3 times and notice what changes.

Pausing isn’t giving up — it’s giving your mind and body space to reset.
