Are you hungry for a healthy lunch but don’t have time? Try my easy Caesar salad, which takes just 10 minutes. I start by boiling two organic eggs and put on top of the following ingredients.: crisp Romain lettuce leaves, baby tomatoes, halfed, Castelvetrano green olives, Thin slivers of Parmesan cheese, thinly sliced red onion, anchovies, and mayo, garlic, lemon dressing, ( croutons are optional). One bowl of salad contains plenty of omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin C, E, calcium and packed with protein and fiber. If you want to get really healthy, you can substitute the mayo for olive oil for even more benefits. Enjoy. 😋🥗 , ,
