Meet Spencer! 81 years young and still running the race of life! 🏃‍♂️✨ 2 years ago when Spencer initially presented to Tier One he relied heavily on a walker for mobility due to physical limitations and reduced confidence with balance, endurance and strength. Dedication and positivity has helped to changed this narrative and we are pleased to report that Spencer has made incredible strides towards his long term goal of returning to run! Yesterday Spencer completed 2 miles of interval training which consisted of 1.5 miles of jogging! This incredible journey is a testament to the resilience of the human body and the power of perseverance, proving that age is no barrier to achieving mobility goals! 🎉
