Okay… we’ve officially been in snow-globe mode long enough ❄️😂

If your body is feeling stiff, sleepy, or straight-up hibernating — same.

So we’re pivoting ✨
Tomorrow’s pop-up is now a movement flow to help us:

🔥 build a little warmth
🫶 move some of that snow-day energy through

Well spring is NOT here 🥶 we did cancel classes for Monday 2/23… and Tuesday 2/24 ( hopefully that is for clean up!) 🥶 is going to record a short class later and share the link if you need a bit of movement at home 😏🙏🏻

Roller skating Saturday was a blast! We will be doing another field trip in March! More to come ❤️ and we are planning for another skating date too!

We cancelled the 8 am class Tuesday 1/27 for more clean up but hoping the evening classes should be ok ! Stay tuned on MB!

Planning for the snow, we did cancel the 10am class with .grace.flow , and 330 pm with Pam. Monday morning at 715am with is also cancelled so we can dig out as needed🥶 . Keep an eye on Mindbody, and I will post here for the rest of Monday!

Debbie’s Birthday Countdown!!!
January 1 2026-January 19 2026

Well it’s that time again!!!! I don’t think my birthday countdowns have really been very fun since my 50 to 50 . Which was wicked fun ( and exhausting)and precovid, and then, well, life happened.

So six years later I am actually pumped for my plan, and its for my own personal work that I chose the terms I did, but I was also hoping to spark your curiosity to learn more and possibly Join Coral Brown and Myself for TT starting January 23 2026.

My birthday is 1/19 so starting today I will be counting down with a yogic term for each of those days. It will be a mix of Deities, Vayus, Chakras , and a Niyama (Svadhyaya- self study… felt appropriate :)

Each Day I will post on Instagram/Facebook -

* Yogic term
* Debbie’s general definition -outside sources used but Debbies interpretation. (on that note any levity in my view is never intended to offend or upset anyone )
* What I am planning on doing to embody that term on the day but also how I hope to carry it forward

I will also announce it in my daily classes when I teach at NBX ( yup I teach 6 out of 7 days again) and I have created a text group to keep you in the loop if you don’t want to get caught up in scrolling online.
If you are interested in knowing anything in advance and/or miss a day, direct text or DM me. I would like to prevent the group text madness. 🥴

Coming up on Sunday December 21 at 10 am with .grace.flow !
Glow Within: Winter Solstice Celebration
Celebrate the Solstice with a heat-building, Buti-inspired flow to awaken your inner fire and welcome the return of the sun.
Then melt into a 15–20 min sound bath to honor the darkness and receive the quiet wisdom of winter’s longest night.
We’ll close with community time + a potluck brunch.
🌟 We encourage everyone to bring a dish or drink to share to help nourish our community space.
