✨ Chakra Focus: Heart & Sacral ✨
Heart Chakra:
The Heart Chakra is the bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. It symbolizes love, compassion, forgiveness, connection, and emotional harmony - especially self-love.
When balanced, we feel open, empathetic, and emotionally resilient.
Sacral Chakra:
The Sacral Chakra represents creativity, emotional expression, pleasure, and flow. It governs how we experience feelings and relationships.
A balanced sacral chakra allows emotions to move freely, fostering joy, softness, and inner ease.
Together, these chakras support emotional integration - helping us feel safely held while allowing emotions to be felt, released, and transformed.

Each participant will receive a piece of Tiger’s Eye, a grounding and empowering stone that beautifully supports this week’s work. Tiger’s Eye is known for:
