Owned and operated by Dr. Ashlyn Rockwell, PT, DPT, TCRG, Define Physical Therapy and Dry Needling LLC offers skilled physical therapy and dry needling services to both the general public and athletes of all levels and varying sports. Owning a successful Irish Dance school, Ashlyn has worked with both adolescents and adults of varying fitness levels for many years. Apart from high level dancers, we also have experience working with other sports players from baseball, hockey, football, running, etc. Clientele not only experience reduced pain from their sessions, but also learn how to maintain their health, and/or prevent further ailments while returning to sport. Because we believe athletic performance is rarely limited by a single injury or weakness, we do not accept insurance for payment at this time. Due to the limitations these companies give for treatment rendered, we feel our patients are hindered in returning to their prior level of sport, and unable to reach the goal of elevated performance.
