⚪️ Slime Time = Prime Time! ⚪️

Our residents got a little hands-on today thanks to our Senior Advisor, Wendy, who taught everyone how to make slime! 🙌

Things got , , and slightly —but that just added to the fun! 💚

There were lots of , big 😃, and plenty of goo-d vibes as residents mixed, stretched, and played with their . 🤩

Proof that you’re never too grown-up to get a little slimey!

It may have been sticky, but this activity was totally worth the mess! 🫧✨

🥣 Soup For The Soul 🥣

Nothing warms the heart (and the belly!) quite like homemade ! 🥦🧀🍲

Our residents rolled up their sleeves and cooked up a big batch of for the whole community to enjoy—souper comforting and absolutely cheddar than ever! 😉

It was the recipe 📄 for a chilly day ❄️, bringing everyone together for a bowl full of , , and . 🤗

This soup was broc-ally amazing and truly hit the soup-er spot! 💚

A few months ago, we hosted a group of Milford High School Girls’ soccer ⚽️ team members for a volunteer night in our community.

Tonight, we found one of those girls representing the schools chapter at Texas Roadhouse, 🥩 where they’re conducting a fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association! The first thing she said when we saw her: “when can we come back to Bridges by EPOCH at Nashua?”

The answer: SOON! Very soon!!

We’re excited to be working on a program that will bring these student athletes to our community on a regular basis.

Until then—10% of proceeds at the Nashua Texas Roadhouse tonight (if you mention the fundraiser) go to the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association!

❄️🎨 Cold hands, warm hearts, and colorful creativity ❄️🎨

Our residents brushed away the winter chill with a cozy session! 🖌️ 💦

From frosty blues to cheerful splashes of color, everyone let their snow as we painted, laughed, and warmed up together indoors. 🤗

It was the perfect reminder that even on the coldest days, a little can make spirits glow!✨

Community partnerships 🤝are a big part of what we do here. So, we were beyond excited to run the January Program for the Nashua Senior Activity Center Memory Cafe!

We embraced winter ❄️ in all its beauty and led the attendees in an art project that brought out everyone’s . May we present to you: . 🎨🖼️

We ❤️💗💜💙’d seeing the coming to light as each attendee painted their snowflakes. Add some and a , and we sent them home with ready to adorn their walls.

Next up: we’ll be back in February for Valentine’s Day Cards and CHOCuterie Boards! 💗💝🍫

This award recognizes a Team Member who consistently exceeds expectations with care and kindness. With a level of empathy, they bring compassion to everything they do making everyone around them feel truly cared for and supported.

Our residents took a trip to MaryAnns Diner for lunch and had an absolutely diner-licious time! 🍔🥤

With its classic 1950’s décor, the diner felt like a true ! 🥰

From the to the food 😋, our residents loved traveling back in time and soaking up all the nostalgic fun. 🌟

It was a feel-good outing filled with smiles, memories, and plenty of happy bellies! 🕺🎶

Our residents were purr-fectly delighted when Team Member, Morgan, brought in her three adorable for a special visit! 😻🐾

were everywhere, hearts were melted 🫠, and it was truly a meow-ment to remember. 💕

From gentle to nonstop oohs and aahs, these tiny furballs had everyone feline happy and over the moon. 🤗

We had such a wonderful time with 🧑‍🍳 during our cooking class today! Shelly shared one of her most-loved treats—her famous chocolate crinkle cookies 🍪 —and the room was filled with smiles, laughter, and the irresistible smell of chocolate. 😍
