Aerial Arts Studio offering a variety of classes from restorative mat Yoga to unique aerial arts Come fly with and explore ways to move with us.

Located in beautiful downtown Nashua, we are a small Aerial Yoga studio offering a safe and comfortable space for yoga and dance. Aerial is our first passion, but we also offer mat yoga, hoop yoga, and belly dance. All levels welcome.

We are pushing out the start date of Tween Aerial to next Wednesday September 17th at 4:15 PM

This 8 week series for kids 8 - 14, will run through November 5th and will conclude with a final performance during the last class.

NEW EVENT ADDED!

Join Michelle for a special evening of Aerial Yin Yoga paired with Sound bath.

The silks will be lowered for this event as Michelle moves you through Yin poses supported by the fabric and held for 3 - 5 minutes, allowing for a deep stretch and myofascial release. The sound bath will bring in an additional layer of healing, relaxation and release. This event is included in your monthly unlimited memberships and is $22 for non studio members.

Tween Aerial 8 week series starts Wednesday Sep 8th!

This 8 week Aerial Yoga & Dance series is for tweens ages 8 - 14 and will run on Wednesday nights from 4:15PM - 5:15PM from September 10th through October 29th.

Students will learn foundational aerial poses and will be working over the course of the series to put together a performance to be held during the final class on October 29th.

If you would like to transfer the value of class passes that you currently have to this series, please email the studio at aerialmoon603@gmail.com and we will work with you on a case by case basis.

We love hosting private groups at Aerial Moon. Birthday parties, bachelorette parties, team bonding, ladies night out, girl scout troops, you name it...

We can accommodate up to 11 people and have teachers who specialize in kid (8 and up) adult or mixed groups.

The studio is open for private classes on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, Check out our private class page to learn more about what we offer and request a time.

Today at 1!!! Kelly is doing a last minute Aerial Dance Choreography workshop this Sunday August 17th from 1 - 3 PM.

In this 2 hr workshop you will be given a guideline on how to create your own Aerial Dance followed by time to put a dance together and perform it for the group. Aerial experience required.

I love seeing all of the different dances that everyone has been putting together and preforming, keep your eyes open for more upcoming events to show off your moves!
