Our Story

Resonetics is a leader in micro manufacturing for life sciences. Core capabilities include thin wall hypotube fabrication, laser processing, nitinol processing, and metal fabrication. Our team makes millions of life-changing device components a year.

For over 30 years, Resonetics has been a pioneer in laser micro manufacturing. Founded in 1987, Resonetics has an expertise in using lasers to solve medical device manufacturing challenges. Since starting, we have invested heavily in leading edge technology and developing laser experts. We have deployed over 100 laser workstations that cover a wide spectrum of laser types and wavelengths – femtosecond, picosecond, excimer, DPSS, and CO2. Combining state-of-the-art laser systems with a top technical team allows Resonetics to partner with customers and provide winning solutions that meet technical as well as economic requirements.

Resonetics is purposefully building a company that is unique in the industry. With acquisitions to expand capabilities while maintaining technical competency. Additional capabilities include thin wall tubing fabrication, precision grinding, coiling, wire forming, and CNC machining. The company is also focused on increasing nitinol capabilities and applying a fresh perspective on nitinol processing.

Resonetics has nine manufacturing facilities and seven Lightspeed Applications Development Labs located in the United States, Costa Rica, Israel, and Switzerland with ISO-13485:2003 certified quality system and lean six-sigma practices.
