Your night sweats might not be hormones.
They might not be a hidden infection.

Countless women have shared their story. Countless women have been misdiagnosed. This d s m diagnosis does not explain what happened to these young mothers. The damage that this kind of diagnosis and treatment can cause for young family can never be quantified or undone. Postpartum depletion is underemphasized and undertreated. It is real. I talk to so many people that have been doing antibiotic therapy for anywhere from nine months to 2 years, without a great result to speak of. No, that's a lot of antibiotic therapy - which I wouldn't mind so much if the patient felt well at the end of treatment. Killing the spirochete is not the only thing that we need to do. This infection is opportunistic in nature, which means you have more power to make a complete recovery than is possible with antibiotic therapy alone. There are fantastic herbs, advanced testing, and many infusion therapies that can be supportive along the way. Don't let insurance coverage dictate your call to action.

Treating back pain does not mean that we only look at the back. In my medicine, it is never a successful approach to isolate any system or any part without considering the whole. With back pain, I often find that there are other areas that are contributing to the back being in so much pain. Even if we go in with an injection to treat the inflammation and try and reduce pressure on the nerve root, you still have to fix whatever caused that problem in the first place. Often the problem with the back is actually found in the legs on the front of the thigh. There are four muscles called the quadriceps. When we build up adhesions and tightness in this area, it affects the back dramatically. Treating the quadriceps is not the only thing to look at.Or the only thing to do it is just one good example of how an area that is not the back; can very much affect the back.

If you are being treated for Lyme with antibiotics or even other therapies and you are not feeling better, the treatment isn't working. You may need to correct the underlying problem that allows the body to expose the Lyme Disease.

Sometimes we just make things like home cooking overcomplicated. There's the story people will tell themselves that there's no time or it would take so much prep I could never do it... That's simply not true. This soup took me no time at all and served my family three breakfasts this week.

I started by slow cooking my chicken in a crock pot. So it just sat on the counter all day. To prepare that, I basically put the chicken in the crock pot and covered it with water. I added about a half a cup of vinegar.

About ten hours into the slow cook I pulled the chicken and put it in the refrigerator to add to the soup later. I continued to cook the broth overnight.

Then I take that beautiful broth and add vegetables. I'll simmer that for about an hour. And then I put it into one gallon mason jars, usually I can fill two or three of them. Sometimes we add the chicken right away and sometimes we just add it to hot soup as an addition.
