One of our clients recently stopped by the office with his Care Professional. He was excited to share a poem he had written, and was beaming with pride. His Care Professional was also filled with pride, because he was the subject of that poem!

These are the moments that remind us why we do what we do. The connection between client and Care Professional is so much more than completing tasks on a care plan. It’s built on trust, respect, companionship — and often, true friendship.

We are endlessly grateful for our Care Professionals who bring compassion and empathy, from deep within their heart, into their work every day and make a difference, one life at a time. Great job SD and PEG - your excellence fills us with immense pride!💜💙💚💛🧡❤️
