5,000 lives changed in 2025! Harbor Care helped individuals and families access housing, healthcare, and veteran services — including 642 veterans and their families and 2,331 neighbors in need of affordable healthcare.

Behind every number is a story — a veteran moving into permanent housing, a mother rebuilding her life with her child, someone finding recovery and stability after years of struggle. This is what community support makes possible.

Harbor Care President & CEO Henry Och and Director of Veteran Services Katie Tovar Paciulan were recognized by Governor Kelly Ayotte and the NH Executive Council for their leadership in efforts to end veteran homelessness in Manchester and across NH.

Thank you to the NH State Veterans Council for recommending this recognition!

In the past 18 months alone, Henry, Katie, and our Veteran Services team — with amazing support from the Mayor Ruais and City of Manchester and countless community partners — have secured stable housing for 84 veterans.

Progress like this shows what’s possible when communities work together to ensure every veteran has a safe place to call home. Learn more at https://zurl.co/gRxgs .
