🌍✈️ Making a Global Impact Through Vision Care

We’re proud to share that Dr. Slentz of Spindel Eye Associates, , recently spent time operating at St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

During his visit, he provided hands-on surgical care and delivered critical medical supplies that we at NASC donated, including sutures, gloves, anesthesia materials, and essential supplies for eye surgery. These resources helped support both patients and the local surgical team in providing safe, high-quality care.

Access to advanced eye surgery can be life-changing, and we are honored to play a small part in expanding that access beyond our local community.

Yes. Glasses are preferred on the day of surgery. If you do not have glasses, please bring a contact lens case. Contacts must be removed before any procedure involving anesthesia or for all eye procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
