SPENGA combines the three pillars of fitness, cardio, strength and flexibility. We developed this workout to help you reach your goals in one fitness studio. Our 60 minute workout delivers 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of yoga. You won’t find a better high intensity, low impact workout anywhere else! Each 60 minute session boosts your endurance, strengthens your muscles and restores your body.
