Southern New Hampshire Health, in partnership with the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT), hosted ThinkFast Interactive, a nationally touring, evidence-informed game show-style prevention educational program designed to teach Nashua High School students about the dangers of distracted driving and promote roadway safety. The program engages teens with safety and prevention messaging in a fun, non-intrusive, and memorable way. This event comes at a time when New Hampshire teen motor vehicle fatalities rose by 400% in 2024 from the previous year.

Over two days, more than 1,600 sophomores and juniors from Nashua High School North and South participated in this immersive program.

“As a not-for-profit health system, Southern New Hampshire Health understands that trauma care is about more than just medical treatment; it is about community trust, preparedness, and education,” said Jennifer Marcotte, BSN, RN, CEN, TCRN, Southern NH Health Trauma Program Manager.

🎗️ For the past 2.5 years, Ashley has been an essential part of the Foundation Breast Surgery/MGH Breast Care team. As a breast health nurse, she provides critical support for patients and providers alike. Her work includes educating patients about breast cancer and benign conditions, providing post-operative care, assisting with in-office procedures, scheduling surgeries, triaging concerns, and coordinating appointments, but at the heart of it all, her role is about being there for patients when they need it most.

Ashley’s passion for breast health is deeply personal: “I’ve always felt passionate about breast health because my Nana had breast cancer,” she shares. That passion shines through in her dedication to helping patients feel supported and informed, easing their stress, and ensuring they get the care they need.

Her colleagues value her steady presence and strong advocacy for patients, which helps keep workflows running smoothly and supports the team’s shared goal: putting patients first.
Outside of work, Ashley treasures building memories with her daughter, whether that’s visiting the beach, going camping, or spending a day at a local fair or farm.

Ashley also uses her role to raise awareness: “One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in their lifetime,” she reminds us. “It’s so important to keep up with annual screening mammograms.”

Welcome, Dr. Taylor Langevin to our hospitalist program and Women's Care of Nashua!

Dr. Taylor Langevin completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency program at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut. She earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in medical biology at University of New England in Biddeford, Maine.

Dr. Langevin’s love for obstetrics and gynecology started during her medical school rotations in Nashua, New Hampshire. She now provides a full range of obstetric and gynecologic care and seeks to create “a safe space for patients to advocate for their own care.” She helps to foster strength and vitality in her patients as they experience a variety of changes throughout their life.

Making her patients feel comfortable and heard is a priority for Dr. Langevin. She describes the ideal patient/provider relationship as one grounded in trust and respect and affirms, “It is a privilege to be trusted as a provider of anyone’s care, and that’s something I don’t take lightly.”

When not working, Dr. Langevin spends time with her family. They hike, go for boat rides, and hang out at home. She also enjoys gardening, crocheting, and reading.
