I'm a yoga teacher (RYT-200), licensed Physical Education teacher, USMC veteran & lifelong athlete. Hi, I’m Candy Osborne—a yoga teacher, licensed Physical Education teacher, and former U.S. I believe it’s never too late to move, grow, or try something new—because I’ve lived that journey myself. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, I started running and eventually trained for marathons settling into half-marathons as my favorite distance to run. At 30, as a single mom, I went back to school full-time to earn my degree in Physical Education and also became a certified personal trainer. I began my yoga journey in my 30s and found that it gave me tools not just for physical strength but for mental toughness as well. At 40, I learned to ski. At 47, I entered a powerlifting competition. At 48, I started an 18-month journey into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. And at 51, I became a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I don’t just teach yoga for seasoned practitioners—I work with real people, from beginners to seasoned athletes, who want to feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies, and who seek to expand their mental awareness and grounding. I help adults rediscover movement, build resilience, and open the door to new possibilities—on and off the mat. If you want to be independent in your later years, NOW is the time to start. Yoga can help.
