UPDATE for those on Title 19 or the Elderly Waiver.

DHS is sending out new Client Participation notices for October 2025 and forward correcting the Personal Allowance from $50 to $55.

The State approved this increase in July 2025 but are just now implementing it.

If this affects your loved one, then you can discuss this with the care center as to how to handle the overage they have been paid.

It's a bit ridiculous, but what else is new with State government?!!
