We accept most insurance plans. If you have questions regarding the insurance plans we accept, feel free to call Sheila at the front desk. We also sell a variety of products such as Biofreeze and Muscle Ice.

Due to the neighboring buildings worsening condition, until this can be resolved or an alternative solution to this problem presents, scheduling will be modified based on that days wind conditions. A piece of the neighbors building came through the back parking lot in March and there is now another piece that can be seen flapping. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I want to keep people safe. For those unfamiliar with this nuisance property it is located at 223 Main Street, Nashua, Iowa.

It is open enrollment for health insurance though the state exchange. Please look over the policies carefully before purchasing. Remember, you get what you pay for. See summary below:

MEDICA - Currently the only 2021 insurance plan on the exchange that we accept.

OSCAR - They are new to the state and trying to create a network. I have filled out a request to join but I will have to check back with them, see screen shots. Outside of that, I do not know anything about their coverage.

WELLMARK - The only plans offered on the exchange are through their Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) network. Wellmark has three main Networks: PPO, POS, and HMO. Due to the restrictions on Wellmark’s HMO network, our office is currently only a provider for their PPO network policies.

On November 2nd, Connor tested positive for COVID-19. He began coughing hard enough that he would vomit. Connor has been doing much better over the last week. My wife and I also began to wonder if Connor could taste anything when he didn't have an appetite. How do you ask a 4 year old if he can taste anything? Put pickle juice in a cup with a lid. Connor told us it was apple juice and it was good. Having continuous contact with Connor while he is sick extends our time at home. As long as Lennon, Melanie or myself do not become sick our quarantine will end on Thanksgiving. We are doing the best we can given with the situation. Here are a few pictures of the past week at home. Doesn't include the countless puzzles, games, books, etc.
As of now, we are planning on reopening November 30th. Sheila is still answering phones remotely so you can still call to schedule an appointment while we are closed. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time. My wife and I also want to thank everyone for all the phone calls, messages, and those that have been picking up items we may need. We are truly grateful for this amazing community.
