At Hi Rasmus we’re proud to have 12 BCBAs on our team—because we believe that BCBAs helping BCBAs is how real change happens. This week, we’re excited to highlight Jill Umstattd, our Vice President of Product, based in Boca Raton, FL.

Jill brings together years of experience in the field of ABA and in software, making her uniquely positioned to help Hi Rasmus create technology that empowers providers to focus on what matters most—delivering care to the child in front of them. Her passion for shaping solutions that drive a positive impact in the field is energizing, and her leadership continues to push our mission forward.

Fun fact: Jill is a Disney expert—whether planning magical adventures or making memories at the parks with family and friends. When she’s not traveling, you’ll find her cheering on her daughter at competitive swim meets or supporting her son at one of his many sports events.

Job Title: Lead Customer Support Specialist
Location: Mesa, AZ

We’re excited to introduce Sam Garcia, our Lead Customer Support Specialist!
Sam recently spent a few weeks in Mexico visiting his parents’ hometown, which just happens to be located near the active volcano Popocatépetl. Between helping renovate their beautiful two-story home and keeping a watchful eye on the volcano, Sam says it was one of his most exciting vacations yet.

Before joining Hi Rasmus, Sam worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where his top priority was always delivering high-quality ABA therapy to his clients. He understands the barriers clinicians often face in providing the best care possible—and that’s exactly why he’s excited to be here.

This week, we are celebrating the birthday of the boy who inspired it all 🎉
When our CEO and founder, ’s son Rasmus, was diagnosed with autism at a very young age, they were told he would likely be institutionalized. Those words never left him and his wife.
After 20 years building companies in consumer finance, Nikolaj knew he had to take a different path—one that could change the story for families around the globe 🌍
This year, Rasmus turns 15 and starts high school—a milestone his parents were once told would never happen. Yet here he is, proving every day that potential can be limitless with the right people and tools by your side.
So today, we celebrate Rasmus as a living reminder of why we do this work. Happy birthday, Rasmus 💙

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the main contact for customers during implementation, providing training and support
Build strong relationships and understand customer goals
Troubleshoot issues and guide best practices
Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve the customer experience
Conduct check-ins, webinars, and track engagement data

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in ABA, Education, Speech Therapy, OT, PT, or related fields
Customer-facing or software training experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
