Massage things you should know:
Should I talk during my massage?

Totally up to you! Your therapist will go off of your guidelines for conversation. For some people, chatting can help you relax. For others, it’s comfortable to be quiet. Commonly we see a mix of both, maybe chatting at first and then tapering off as your body recognizes it can relax and let go. There’s no right or wrong etiquette with chatting during a massage, do what makes you feel the most comfortable!
