Dear Friends,

Luna Yoga will be permanently closing its doors January 29th, 2025.

As a small business, we have faced immense challenges and obstacles that we are no longer able to endure.

While this is an extremely sad time for us, I think it’s important to also mention the good that came from Luna Yoga (if we can fit it in one post). The love from this community was beyond anything I could’ve hoped for when I opened our doors. The love, laughter, tears and good feels that we experienced together in the Luna Shala will never be forgotten. The growth has been unmatched. The friendships…lifelong.

I have a lot of emotions surrounding this tough decision, but know that alongside my sadness is peace. Luna Yoga did exactly what I intended…served a community of people and brought us back together.

I love you all more than words. And speaking of words, no one could say it better than my girl, Kacey Musgraves, “…no regrets, baby.”

Headstand Workshop with Alyson

In this workshop, you’ll learn the benefits of inversions, participate in strengthening skills and receive personalized guidance to enhance your headstand practice. Our focus will be primarily on tripod headstand and Sirsasana A. If you’ve been curious about inversions and adding them to your practice, this workshop is for you! All levels are welcome and props to help you feel comfortable will be available.
